Your Commitment as a Volunteer
As a Shepparton Arts Festival volunteer, you agree to:
Uphold the Festival’s values of respect, inclusion, and creativity
Follow reasonable directions from staff, coordinators, or event leads
Work safely and report any hazards or incidents promptly
Respect the privacy and confidentiality of artists, staff, and audiences
Treat everyone with kindness and cultural awareness, including First Peoples, people with disability, and people from diverse backgrounds
Comply with the Code of Conduct, Child Safety Policy, and Protection of Vulnerable Individuals Policy

All volunteers are required to hold a valid Working With Children Check. If you do not yet have one, please apply online (it’s free for volunteers):

Volunteer Agreement
The position of Shepparton Festival Volunteer at Shepparton Festival is a volunteer position. You are not an employee or contractor of Shepparton Festival and you will perform all duties on a voluntary basis without remuneration. You will not receive remuneration or payment for your work.
This is not intended to be a legally binding agreement.
