2027 Shepparton Arts Festival

Applications are open - bring your big idea to life!

The 2027 Shepparton Arts Festival returns from 12-21 March 2027, and we’re looking for bold, joyful and imaginative ideas to help light up the program.

This Festival is made with and for our community. Each year, artists, makers, performers, producers, community groups, businesses and passionate locals come together to fill Greater Shepparton and the Goulburn Valley with creativity, colour, stories and connection.

Whether you’re an established artist, an emerging creative, a community organisation or someone dreaming up your very first Festival event, we want to hear from you. We’re seeking proposals across all artforms, playful, thoughtful, surprising, inclusive and accessible ideas that bring people together and create unforgettable Festival moments.

Your idea doesn’t need to be polished or perfect. If there’s a spark, a vision or a “what if?”, we’d love to explore it with you as it grows.

We want sharing your idea to feel easy and welcoming.
