There are many ways to be part of the Shepparton Festival, whether you're looking to contribute your skills, share your art, collaborate on a project, or work behind the scenes. From paid roles and creative partnerships to short-term gigs and community-led contributions, the Festival is a vibrant space where people of all backgrounds and experiences can get involved.

We are committed to fostering a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all. We especially encourage people from First Nations communities, people with disability, LGBTQIA+ communities, culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, and people of all ages and gender identities to connect with us.
