OPERA IN THE ORCHARD
Opera in the Orchard invites audiences to an unforgettable outdoor evening of song beneath the stars in the gardens at Findon House.
Internationally acclaimed tenor Henry Choo and mezzo‑soprano Dimity Shepherd, accompanied by pianist Joseph Beckitt, present a captivating program that bridges opera and beloved song, from the passion of Carmen and the romance of West Side Story to Gershwin’s lush Summertime and the stirring Nessun Dorma.
The concert opens with a special performance by Joshua Han, winner of the 2024 Australian National Piano Award.
Audiences can enjoy pre‑ordered hampers of local produce, a fully stocked bar, picnic‑style seating and the freedom to bring their own rug, chairs or drinks, creating a relaxed and memorable night of music in a beautiful garden setting.
