Converge on the Goulburn once again brought thousands of people together at Victoria Park Lake for a vibrant celebration of the cultural richness and diversity that defines Greater Shepparton.

Presented by Greater Shepparton City Council as part of the 2026 Shepparton Arts Festival, the free, family-friendly event showcased the region's multicultural and First Nations communities through a dynamic program of live music, dance and cultural performances. Visitors also enjoyed a diverse range of authentic food from across the world, creating a lively atmosphere of celebration, connection and shared experience.

As an alcohol-free community event, Converge on the Goulburn provided a welcoming space for people from all backgrounds to come together, celebrate culture and strengthen community connections in one of the region's most picturesque outdoor settings. A much-loved highlight of the Festival, the event reflected the inclusive spirit of Greater Shepparton and the Festival's commitment to celebrating the stories, cultures and communities that make the region unique.
