The workshop is a combination of movement and talking. It’s about connection and disconnection. It’s about patterns. We play games and set up improvisations. It’s about the things you choose to divulge, argue about and discuss with colleagues.

This participatory workshop offers a rare opportunity to work alongside Back to Back Theatre, an internationally recognised company celebrated for its inclusive, provocative and collaborative practice.

Designed for people of all ages and abilities, the workshop invites participants into a shared space of exploration, creativity and exchange. Through accessible performance activities, participants will be encouraged to play, imagine, respond and connect — no prior theatre experience required.
