Award winning chef (& passionate story teller) and dear friend of Longleat, Luca Ciano is releasing his new book this April. Tracing Luca’s journey to becoming a chef through the food of his Italian family.
Memories and tastes of his childhood spent in the Italian mountains, lakes district and the hustle of Milan.
Join us as Luca shares his new book’s pre-release here amongst the vines at Longleat while Luca cooks from the heart the dishes of his childhood matched with Guido’s handcrafted Italian inspired wines.
